NASURULAI ABDULAI-Managing Director
Mr Nasurulai Abdulai is a business data analyst and an oil and gas management consultant and founder of Data Partners Limited. He is the immediate past National Coordinator and Project Manager to Ghana’s Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project implemented under the Ministry of Energy in partnership with Centre for Climate Change of the Republic of Korea.
He is currently the Director of Corporate Affairs and International Relations at the state-owned Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation. He was a lecturer at Regent University College of Science and Technology. His areas of expertise are oil and gas contracts’ review, petroleum Project management and Occupational Health and safety audit/practice. He has unique competency in oil and gas medium enterprise development. Nasurulai is a multifaceted individual with proven performance in transaction banking, agribusiness, oil and gas sector, civil society cycles and lecturing with persuasive communication skills gained working in educational institutions, Petroleum Company, a bank and non-for-profit spheres.
He worked at Fidelity bank as officer in charge of transaction banking at the Tamale branch between August 2009 and January 2011.
Nasurulai was the lead consultant in a Group Consulting Project for Royal Dutch Shell in London in late 2012. In January 2013, he joined Petroleum Skills Development Institute (PSDI) as Head of Training & Corporate Affairs where I coordinated the World Bank’s Training programme for Ministry of Finance on Petroleum Economics & Industry dynamics. Since 2013, he has also been the Senior facilitator for Lloyds Maritime Academy-UK & IBC-UK Training Modules on Petroleum Economics and oil and gas industry dynamics in Ghana.
He has been a consultant to many organizations including Shell-UK, Lona Petroleum, Equator Oil and Gas, ECIS Group (ITALY), Bogerhaus Engineering Limited, Klloyds Engineering Limited, Oleum Ghana Limited, Wisconsin International University, Regent University College, KARINAX-Nigeria, Allied Insurance Brokers, to name a few. He was also a lead facilitator for the Barclays Africa (Ready-to-Work) programme ongoing in Ghana in partnership with Enactus International. Nasurulai Abdulai holds an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University-UK.
He is also the founder of the Africa Panel on Natural Resource Governance. He has the ability to lead teams and handle complex assignments with greater tenacity of purpose. He is expected to bring his experience in project management to bear at Lesberry Engineering Services Limited
